On October 7 and 8, 2022, in the splendid historical and evocative setting of Ortigia, in the heart of the city of Syracuse, our important event entitled “MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN: CONSERVATIVE APPROACH IN INTERVENTIONAL PHYSIATRY – FOCUS ON: THE KNEE” took place. Two intense days dedicated to scientific and clinical exploration of the most modern conservative strategies for the management of musculoskeletal pain, with a particular focus on the knee joint, one of the most prone to functional and painful problems.
The event had the privilege of being held at the television studios of Medical Excellence TV, a place of excellence that allowed us to combine clinical practice with media innovation, thus giving visibility and added value to our meeting. During these two days, industry experts, interventional physiatrists, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals discussed techniques, therapeutic protocols, and innovations in the field of interventional physiatry, with the common goal of improving the quality of life of patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain.
The enchanting setting of Ortigia, with its breathtaking views, narrow streets steeped in history, and vibrant cultural atmosphere, made the experience even more enjoyable and stimulating for all participants, encouraging networking and professional exchange in a unique context.
At the conclusion of this important event, we wanted to celebrate its success and the work accomplished with a touch of Sicilian tradition: a special tasting of CannoloTerapia, prepared by master pastry chef Alfio Neri, a true symbol of local sweetness and confectionery art. This convivial moment was not only a pleasant finale, but also an opportunity to strengthen team spirit and collaboration among all the professionals present.
We are proud to have organized such a significant event in the field of interventional physiatry and conservative treatment of musculoskeletal pain, confident that these two days have provided new inspiration and valuable knowledge for the future of our profession.
